After morning meditation, I am in my solitude and practice being present in the beautifully organised space surrounded by lively plants. With calming, gentle raining morning, in the perfect temperature for the hot aromatic coffee in my favourite cup. Listening to relaxing music background in my soft, comfy long pyjama. Sitting on an open window with natural light where I can gaze the peaceful natural view, holding my favourite pen, effortlessly drawing words on page after page of my journal, contemplating the meaning of life.

While reconnecting with my body, mind, heart and soul through my written words, tears flow on my cheeks with joy and gratitude.

Part of my journal of one of the perfect morning

“Thanking the Universe, inner Christ, Buddha within and all Gods for providing me with needed life experiences, including the difficult ones in order for me to understand my purpose of existence, the meaning of my life, understand me, understand you (Gods), others, and the world we live in.

Thank you for the unbreakable spirits you gifted me, the unconditional trust in you, the resilient characteristics, and the kind, selfless souls.
This is you; you are the unconditional kindness, selfless sacrifice, and loving supported present. This is you!

The anger, resentment, winking, nonsense speaking, jealousy, envy, unkindness, greed, demanding, and controlling all are contaminants. “
